30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags and packaging intact)

The return must be shipped within the 30-day window after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
All returns must be shipped to our UK returns centre (or as directed in your return approval email).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to replace an item:

Request a return for the original product.

Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll process it within 2–4 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Funds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Due to our rapid processing and fulfilment system, once this window has passed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and follow our standard return procedure to send it back.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy is designed in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide you with the right to cancel and return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.
